Bio-Safe Coomassie Premixed Staining Solution led me to visualize proteins in polyacrylamide gels (SDS-page). I didn't use acetic acid fixation with this solution because I was looking for an antibody with a high molecular weight. Easy protocol to stain the gel: just washes with water; the best part is that I can store the gel in water.

I used Bio-Safe Coomassie Premixed Staining Solution to stain an SDS-page gel that I run to look at an antibody and its drug-conjugated. I didn't use of acetic acid fixation with this solution because I was looking for an antibody with high molecular weight. It is an easy protocol to stain the gel, just washes with water and the best is that I can store the gel in water.
