I needed this for isolation of OMVs from bacterial cells. Works great, and the steps are very easy to do.

You just need time to prepare your bacterial culture. After that, 30 mL of culture media will give you around 1.5 mL of OMVs.
We have good sized OMVs from bacteria, and these have consistent range of concentrations and diameters. These are also immunogenic based on functional tests we did.
Fast and reliable isolation procedure. May adjust final elution buffer concentration depending on target concentration.
Experiments are limited to 30 mL of bacteria only.
Expensive, but really works!
