This pipette is wonderful for dispensing 100 uL per well for multiple samples in a 96 well plate, which is what I do frequently when staining cells for flow cytometry. It took me a few tries to initially understand how to set up the instrument so that you pick up and dispense the right volume. One challenge is that there is some dead space with this instrument, so you have to prepare a slightly bigger cocktail than you need to account for the dead space when using this tool.

Not necessary but nice to have around, especially if you have wrist or hand pain.
