I used this antibody to classify mouse blood and lung NK cells. The antibody worked well, giving a clear and bright signal.

After fixation and permeabilization, staining with this antibody worked well. As a tandem dye it was ok to use after fixation without concern for degradation. The signal was good with minimal background.

Good antibody, but expensive.
