I used this antibody to detect and classify mouse NK cells. The antibody gave a decent signal and was able to fit into my panel.

This antibody was able to stain a relatively rare population of CD49a pbNK cells. The signal was pretty good with minimal bleed into other channels. Due to the unique characteristics of the dye, it was able to work great with my panel.
Good staining.
Need special reagents if using other BV dyes.
Good antibody to fit in a crowded panel.
