Vero (ATCC-CCL-81) were cultured in media for 6h. Cells were stained for 30 minutes on ice with 1:1000 dilution of Invitrogen Blue LIVE/DEAD stain in PBS. Then were then incubated in a 1:200 dilution of CD4 on ice for 20 min then washed 1x with FACS buffer. Stained cells were fixed in 1% PFA and analyzed using BD LSRFortessa (BD Bioscience) and FlowJo software
