The Good
Faster than other assays (specially for protein), more accurate than UV absorbance, very less sample is needed, I can trust my quality of sample after measuring it from this equipment (they use two different dyes for RNA and use the ratio of it to calculate the amount of RNA degraded).
The Bad
It is expensive, even the dyes that are used with it are pricey.
The Bottom Line
Everybody in the lab uses this regularly and we really like it.
