Reports have shown that KCNMB1 knockout mice have decreased calcium sensitivity, elevated BP, and cardiac hypertrophy. Here we checked the expression of KCNMB1 by chemoattractant in the vascular arteries.

We performed western blot and we detect and analyzed the KCNMB1 expression. We found that there is a time dependent increase of KCNMB1 expression in the arteries by chemoattractant.
