I used this antibody to test MHC class I expression in NK cells after expansion in vitro. The antibody works great with very little optimization needed. It gives a bright clear signal with little background.

This antibody was able to detect abundant MHC class I expression on fresh PBMCs and none on K562 cancer cells as expected. There was very little background staining and the signal was clear and bright.
