I used this protein to detect CAR expression in some anti-CD70 CAR-NK cells. The protein has a Fc tag which can be detected using an anti-IgG Fc antibody.

Make sure the epitope is compatible with your system.
I used 0.1ug of the protein to detect the CAR which worked quite well. Detection was reliable and easy to distinguish from non CAR-expressing cells.
