I used this antibody to detect lymphatics in mouse lung tissue. I couldn't use a LYVE-1 antibody for this application since all blood vessels in mouse lung are LYVE-1+. The antibody worked reasonably well with some background staining.

The antibody stained lymphatic-like structures without staining blood vessels. There was some background staining, but not excessive.
