I used this antibody for WB on SHSY5Y studying apoptosis after amyloid beta treatment. I diluted 1:1000 in BSA 5% in TBST 1x and incubated O.N at 4°C. After using a secondary antibody diluted 1:5000 in BSA 5%/TBST 1x, the signal was specific and clean and predicted molecular weight was accurate. Highly recommended.
