Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human Fibrinogen/FITC with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human Fibrinogen/FITC allowed good staining of fibrinogen on the platelet surface.
