I used this antibody on SHSY5Y, MRC5 and A549 cells studying cell proliferation and apoptosis. Antibody was diluted 1:1000 in BSA 5% and incubated overnight. Secondary antibody was diluted 1:5000 and used for 2h after. I used a PVDF membrane for my WB studies. Great antibody.
