This dye from Thermo Fisher Scientific was tested on fibroblasts and ovarian cancer cell lines. It worked on both 2D and 3D sponge scaffolds models. Quick and good signal, applications for flow cytometry and IF.

Use 250-300ul staining solution for 1x106 cells.
Live cells staining on 2D and 3D models. coupled with Et Br staining for death cells. (2ul calcein, 4u; EtBr in PBS for 20' min dark).
