Reliable transfection kit that can be used with different cell lines. The kit contains 1 vial of Lipofectamine Reagent and 1 vial of P3000TM Enhancer Reagent. In our research, we use it mostly to transfect plasmid DNA/RNA into A549 cells to study the genomic plasticity of the Chikungunya Virus.

The transfection itself offers good efficiency and cells good viability. We use a GFP expressing plasmid which allows to visualize the transfected cells under the microscope (equipped for fluorescence).
