We got a sample of this kit to test using it for enrichment of memory T cells prior to FACS for T cell stimulation experiments. We were able to get an enrichment of memory T cells, but the sample purity wasn't as high as we would have liked.

In total, there are 25 minutes worth of incubation steps when using this kit. I am not sure it is worth using. Perhaps a T cell enrichment before sorting is sufficient.
