We isolate T cells from human tissues and extract the DNA for carbon dating analysis. These kits allow us to isolate T cells without the use of FACS.

Titration is necessary.
The first time using this kit did not produce great results, but once I did a titration experiment, I achieved samples of at least 95% purity. For many of my samples, I only need at most 50% of the recommended cocktail amount.
High sample purity.
Many time consuming wash steps.
While labor and time intensive, this kit is able to yield highly pure samples without the need for FACS.
