I used this Phalloidin on MRC-5, SHSY5Y cells, A549, Mesenchymal stem cells and HUVECs. After following the instuctions from the vendor, staining was strong and clean. I permeabilized my cells with 0.1% Triton/PBS for 15 minutes before staining. Recommended.
Immunofluorescence
Confocal slides of cultured A549, SHSY5Y, MRC5, HUVECs.

I used this Phalloidin on MRC-5, SHSY5Y cells, A549, Mesenchymal stem cells and HUVECs. After following the instuctions from the vendor, staining was strong and clean. Cells were fixed in 4% PFA/PBS. I permeabilized my cells with 0.1% Triton/PBS for 15 minutes before staining. Recommended.
