This review is for the autoMACS Pro, which has been discontinued and replaced by the autoMACS Neo.

 

We are interesting in identifying specific TCRs from CD8+ t-cells for immunotherapy purposes. We are routinely using the Automacs separator for isolating CD8+ naive T-cells.
