Great Alpha Smooth Muscle Actin Antibody

I use this antibody every time as a housekeeping gene and to normalize my Western Blot results in A549 and MRC5 cells. I use it at a dilution of 1:1000, followed by a secondary antibody 1:5000 for 2 hours but it can even be diluted further. Bands look very good. Higly recommended.
