Specific but Weak mtTFA Antibody

I used this antibody with the aim to evaluate mitochondria biogenesis pathway in A549 and MRC5 cells. mtTFA was overexpress after increased expression of PGC1a and NRF1. I used at a dilution 1:1000 and I might need to increase the concentration as my Western Blot bands were specific, but weak. Predicted molecular weight was correct. I used a secondary antibody diluted 1:5000 for 2h. I suggest to increase secondary concentration as well.
