I used this antibody after inducing Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition in A549 with TGFb. I was able to accurately evaluate fibronectin amount as the dilutions and conditions suggested by the vendor perfectly matched my expectations. Highly recommended. I used in MRC-5 cells as well to evaluate in vitro fibrosis and applied the same conditions as for A549 cells. Very strong and clean bands.
