We are isolating regularly CD8+ naïve T-cells for TCR studying purposes, utilising positive selection and the Automacs. It's a very expensive product, but usually works well (~90% purity).

If many cells, it's best to split the sample in two separate tubes.
Our usual purity screening shows 85-90% CD8+ population, however there are instances with lower percentages and a secondary isolation needs to be performed.
