We used this kit for ovarian cancer tissues. The samples included tissues post and pre-treatment of chemotherapy. Our results pointed to an upregulation of PVRL2 following treatment with standard of care therapies. Some samples included recurrent ovarian cancer. The kit was very easy to use and the directions were thorough.

The Bottom Line

Overall, we would recommend this kit. It was easy to use. It is a little expensive but I think the price is indicative of the good product. It came in very quickly after being ordered as well.
