We used the antibody to stain brain mouse samples through IHC (IF). Different optimizations were performed, including the addition of a permeabilization step with Triton X-100 (0.1; 0.25% or without Triton), different incubation times, and concentrations of primary antibody (1:50; 1:100; 1:250). It never worked.
