Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing PE/Dazzle 594 anti-human CD154 Antibody with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. PE/Dazzle 594 anti-human CD154 Antibody allowed good staining of CD154+ platelets.
