Results Summary

Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing FITC Mouse Anti-Human PAC-1 with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Agonist-stimulated platelets show brighter staining for PAC-1, as expected.
