The test results were sensitive ELISA for global IFN alpha detection in tissue culture media (TCM). There was a low pg/ml detection of ALL human IFN-a subtypes that were carried out during the study.

The sensitivity is quite high, so we must be really careful about it.
We could manage to get reproducible results with < 10.5% inter- and < 9% intra-assay CVs, which was really an appreciative result. The clinical tests results were then shared with the investigator of the study who was happy with it.
The clinical team has used the kit multiple times and the results seem to be reproducible.
The cost can be brought down a bit.
Highly recommended, we would certainly want to continue with it.
