We use this at 1:10,000 dilution in PBST with a licor western blot scanner and it works great - it's nice not to have to use a secondary antibody and the images have looked great. And it's in the 680 channel so you still have the stronger 800 channel for your weaker antibodies. No complaints, have reused it up to a month multiple times without any noticeable degradation (just stored at 4C)
