Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing BV650 Mouse Anti-Human CD42a. Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. BV650 Mouse Anti-Human CD42a allowed the clear resolution of platelets from background.
Good staining of CD42a on platelets.
