We used this kit to couple oligos to the beads for nucleic acids extraction. The recovery rate/extraction efficiency is excellent, the beads are easy to handle, do not stick to tubes and the magnetic strength is strong.
Nucleic acid purification/enrichment
May need to modify the coupling protocol provided with the kit.
Overall, very good beads for my experiments. However, this is achieved by using our own coupling protocol, with higher EDC concentration, higher reaction temperature, and stringent washing after coupling, compared to the protocols provided with the kit.
Easy to handle, high efficiency, high capacity
Read the protocol carefully, it make contain some confusing description due to copy/paste.
Very good source of magnetic beads for oligo coupling/nucleic acid extraction.
