Fluorescence (AF 488)
The reactivity of this 2nd antibody is quite good at 1:1,000 dilution. This fluorescence is available in many fluorescence microscope configurations. I have captured this image in my confocal to show fluorescence of Alexa 488 in the mouse hypothalamus, after incubation with a primary antibody.
