Anti-Choline Acetyltransferase Antibody

Catalog Number:

AB144P

Clone Number:

We use this antibody in our lab to mark cholinergic neurons and it works pretty well. In our experiments, we use a very standard IF protocol to detect these neutrons in PFA free floating slices.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Sample

Mouse brain

Primary Incubation

Incubation was done with Ab diluted to 1:1,000 for 16h at 4ºC

Blocking Agent

BSA 4% in PBS

Secondary Incubation

Incubation was done with 2nd Ab diluted to 1:1,000 for 1h at room temperature

Tertiary Incubation
