Our lab has routinely used this secondary antibody for immunostaining experiments to stain heart, liver, and lung tissue samples. Alexa Fluor 488 dye is a bright, green-fluorescent dye with excitation ideally suited to the 488 nm laser line. For our experiment, this antibody staining is working very good.
