Perfect qPCR Master Mix

Aortic stenosis is the narrowing of the heart aortic valve. In a high fat diet LDLR ApoB mice have high stenosis within 6 months. I tested mRNA levels in control and stenosis tissue samples. Recently we purchased AzuraQuant Green Fast qPCR Mix kit. It is very reliable with a very small cDNA copy number. This a very easy to handle and ready to use 2X master mix. With this PCR master mix it’s easy to do the experiment and get reproducible results.
