Aim of the present study was to test the effect of Ang II hypertensive plasma samples on the formation of thrombin-antithrombin complexes in hypertensive mice. Thrombin and antithrombin is formed in response to the high thrombin level caused by coagulation following a ruptured vessel. I checked for TAT in our experiment using this ELISA kit purchased from Abcam.
