Lipid hydroperoxides are important intermediates in the process of lipid peroxidation process. In our cell culture experiment we are using this GPX knockdown the cell nd using Lipofectamine transfection reagent to transfects a human smooth muscle cell (SMC) and Human Aortic microvasvacluar endothelial cell. We used our experimental study routinely its working very good.

Using low volume.
Our experiment using low volume mix transfection Lipofectamine reagent gently before use, then add 1 µl Lipofectamine to each samples containing the diluted RNAi molecules. Mix gently and incubate for 10-20 minutes at room temperature. After adding all the reagents, incubate for 4-6 hrs in CO2 and change medium. After 24 hrs collect samples and isolate RNA and protein samples.
