BCA Protein Assay for determining the protein concentration of dilute samples. Mixing together the three Micro BCA reagents results in a working solution that is sufficiently concentrated to measure protein when mixed with an equal volume of sample. The result is an assay for accurately measuring 0.5 to 20 µg/mL protein solutions. The assay is exceptionally linear and exhibits very low levels of protein-to-protein variability.
