When I cannot acquire the stained samples on the same day, it requires fixing the cells. To fix the cells, I used this BD Cytofix buffer added to the samples for 30 minutes and incubated at 4 degrees celsius. After that, I washed the samples twice with stain buffer to preserve the cell markers in their original state for the next day's run.
