The aim of the study was to test the role of specific treatment on LMCD1 protein levels in the human primary cell line. Tissue proteins from each group of mice treatment were extracted and resolved in SDS PAGE. Resolved proteins were western transferred in the nitrocellulose membrane and immunoprobed for LMCD1 antibody obtained from Abcam.
