The human primary cell line was exposed to a growth factor and tested for its effect on STAT1 protein expression. For this, whole-cell protein lysate from control and growth factor-treated cells were resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE, western transferred, and probed with STAT1 antibody obtained from Abcam. The selection of antibody was based specificity of antibody and protein band shown in the antibody flyer.
