I use this to track proliferation of stimulated CD4+ Tcells. It works great, with super clear proliferation peaks.

Enriched CD4+ T cells
To generate stock, I add 45uL of DMSO to the tube of Lyophilized CFSE. Then I use it at 1:1000
Beautifully tracks proliferation- up to 5 dilutions. Peaks are really clearly differentiated.

Cell viability is usually a little lower with labeled cells
Works beautifully for tracking cell proliferation if first suspended in 45uL of DMSO and then used at 1:1000.
