This antibody was used to stain the reelin positve cells/Cajal Retzius cells of the cerebral cortex in the layer I. the antibody is used widely for labelling these cells and observing discrepancies in the neocortical development.

The Good

Specific staining, works even for thicker sections upto 100µm , no background

The Bad

Many other cells could be stained sometimes, however CR cells are brightly positive with this antibody (see picture)
