This antibody was used to stain the reelin positve cells/Cajal Retzius cells of the cerebral cortex in the layer I. the antibody is used widely for labelling these cells and observing discrepancies in the neocortical development.
Immunofluorescence
Postnatal mouse brain tissue-P12, cryosections
1:500, 4° C overnight
10% NDS in PBST (0.5% TritonX 100)

This staining allows to determine the number of CR cells in the layerI of the cerebral cortex
Works better with Antigen retrieval (10mM Sodium citrate-boiling)
Specific staining, works even for thicker sections upto 100µm , no background
Many other cells could be stained sometimes, however CR cells are brightly positive with this antibody (see picture)
