We seek to unravel how tissue resident immune cells mediate tissue homeostasis. For us is very important to pin point the anatomical location of immune cells of interest within their native tissues. Yet at first, we validate various antibodies for IF, using specific tissues as positive control.

20 um cryosections of small intestine were stained for CD31 (red), ICAM2 (green), and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
