This kit provides almost everything required for acetate assay, except for plates, plate readers (absorbance reader). Assay itself is straightforward, but it required half of the plate to be controls, so you are only allowed to measure about 40 samples.
Works easily
Manual not quite clear for how much sample to measure.
Expensive but works, would buy again.
