CD163 is a 130 kDa membrane glycoprotein, a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily. I am detecting the CD163 presentation in human macrophages before and after treatment.

This antibody helped me finding the altered expression of CD163 in different treatment conditions. IFA of CD163 with this antibody worked quite well. I tried western blot with this antibody first, but did not get any good result, even though the product itself should be working with western blot.
