HM325 rotary microtome from thermo scientific is one of the user friendly paraffin sectioning instrument. The tissue block holding stage, trim button and knife holder as simple and sturdy as the standard leica microtome in addition to that it also features a digital section counter. Unlike Leica microtome, the angle of the knife holder can be adjusted along with the stage angle to obtain the desired sagittal of coronal section.
