For every western blot in our lab, we use this ladder. It is pre-stained, strep tagged and has 3 pink reference bands at 25, 50 and 75 kD. it helps in identifying if electrophoresis has produced separation and transferring efficiency. Loading 7ul is enough to produce a strong ladder.
