I wanted to check the phosphoproteins of multiple signaling pathways and selected Ray Biotech's antibody array as it offered to detect multiple pathways with the limited sample. I used primary Human endothelial cell lysates and used 100 ug protein for each membrane bit the signals were strong even with 10-sec exposure. Internal control made interpretation and analysis easy.

Addition of Protease and Phosphatase inhibitor will improve performance.
I was able to detect some phosphorylation changes in the AKT Pathway array.
More targets could be checked with less protein
Analysis may be complicated if software is not available
A good and reliable tool for screening multiple phosphorylation targets with a limited amount of protein.
